LAUREN - FOUNDER
Lauren is the beauty obsessed founder of Sweet Lashes & Brows with a passion for helping every client feel confident, polished, and glowing from the inside out. What began as a sought after lash business quickly grew into a full salon experience built on results, connection, and making women feel their absolute best.
After her lash appointments became highly in demand, Lauren expanded the business to offer a wider range of beauty treatments in one luxe welcoming space. Her vision was simple to create the kind of salon experience clients genuinely look forward to.
Specialising in brow tattooing, lash lifts and tints, lash extensions, and all brow services, Lauren focuses on customised treatments tailored to your features, lifestyle, and goals. She values creating a comfortable, welcoming experience where clients can relax, trust the process, and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived. Her loyal clientele and beautiful results speak for themselves.

MONIKA
Monika is our lash and brow queen, known for her passion, precision and eye for detail. With years of experience in the beauty industry, she takes pride in enhancing each client’s natural features with results that feel polished, flattering and effortlessly beautiful.
Specialising in lash extensions, lash lifts and tints and all brow services, Monika combines artistry with care to create a personalised experience every time. She believes beauty appointments should feel like a moment for yourself, not just another task on the list. Her gentle nature and consistently stunning results are why clients keep coming back.
Why did I become a lash trainer?
Long story short - I had a really bad experience with my initial lash trainings which delayed my skill and success. I was able to get there it just took me 3 years longer than if I had enrolled in a good course.
My mission is to bring my students to the same levels of success with my In Person, Private Lash Trainings & Online Trainings.
I know exactly what a beginner wonders about because I have been there, I know exactly what new lash artists struggle with so my teaching are based around this and to catapult your lash career.
HOW WE STARTED
I started my lash business at 21 years old from my childhood bedroom with a lash bed, big dreams, and no clue how much it would change my life.
At the time, I was working as a flight attendant and loved getting my own lashes done. I’d previously started a makeup business, but it never truly lit me up. Lashes were different. I fell completely in love with the artistry, the confidence they gave women, and the connections built through every appointment.
In the beginning, I was seeing only a handful of clients each week while working full time. Then COVID hit in 2020 and I was stood down from the airline industry. Instead of giving up, I used that time to work behind the scenes on growing my business, refining my skills, and creating the kind of client experience I knew women would keep coming back for.
When lockdowns ended in 2021, I went all in. I poured my heart and soul into building the business I had always dreamed of and I’ve been fully booked ever since.
What started in a childhood bedroom has grown into a thriving salon built on passion, loyalty, and helping women feel like the best version of themselves.
